An inspiration to all the aspiring chefs of India, Saransh Goila, is one of India’s youngest celebrity chef. He at a very young age of 12 had a contagious passion for food. Saransh Goila graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management – Aurangabad (Taj group of hotels) and got a degree in B.A. Honors in Culinary Arts in 2008 and trained in the highly professional Taj Kitchens for six months. To get a deeper knowledge of the culinary arts, he worked with The Leela Kempinski, Bangalore for a year in 2009. All of 28 years, Saransh Goila is an Anchor and Chef Consultant for the Food Food channel, also a Food Columnist as well at the Discover India magazine. He hosted India’s biggest food travelogue show ‘Roti, Rasta aur India’ where he set a record in Limca Book of Records, 2014 of being the first Indian chef to travel 20,000kms by road in 100 days to discover India’s rich food heritage and tracing its history.

Currently, he is working on his debut book which recites his experience, smell and taste across 60 cities and cuisines. His book is set to launch in June 2015. He is also renown for his food styling assignments with ace ad maker Prahlad Kakkar. Apart from the show, he is also currently hosting “The Spice Traveller“, an international food travelogue exclusively designed for the web. One of the first kinds in India, the series is an “Online – Only” in which the chef travels across the globe spreading the love of spices as he learns about new cultures and cuisines. Saransh’s first taste of television success began when he won a spot on ‘Food Food Maha Challenge’ in the year 2011 hosted by Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit. He also participated in a culinary battle on Sony Television called ‘Sanjeev Kapoor Ke Kitchen Khiladi’. His current shows on Food Food Channel include Food This Week, Herbs and Spice, Healthy Fridge, The Health Magazine, The Fit Foodie, and Ching’s Special Recipes. He was also the Brand Ambassador for Bergner- Austria for 8 months in the year 2013. Saransh Goila is a passionate contemporary Indian food lover with varied knowledge of Italian food, bakery and confectionery. His philosophy is to preserve traditional Indian cooking techniques and food while giving it a modern look and character so it is easily accepted by the youth.
