Tadit Dash a young mentor and a technical leader of Odisha. IndiaMentor is glad to share his profile.

Himself, with some enthusiastic software professionals and students, established a technical community named as “Microsoft Developers Community Odisha”  in December 2014.

They conduct seminars, technical workshops and global events in different engineering and management colleges. Regular meetups are organized, where Software Professionals meet and discuss about cutting edge trends in IT sector.

Tadit now focuses more on enabling aspiring engineers to be good programmers by delivering informational and motivational speech, thereby helping them to invest their time in learning tools available on internet.

For all these online and offline activities, Microsoft awarded Tadit the prestigious MVP award for 2014, 2015, 2016 and he also attended the “MVP Global Summit” at Microsoft Head Office Redmond and Bellevue, Washington, United States in November 2014.

Tadit Dash is a Software Engineer in Mindfire Solutions, Bhubaneswar.

As a Software Engineer, he usually work for eight to nine hours daily at office. Besides his daily work, he volunteer for both online and offline communities.

He write Articles, Blogs, Create Demos, Videos for fellow programmers. Answering questions on online forums is the activity he enjoy the most.

The appreciation he get from the question inquirer, when their issue resolves with his help, gives him immense pleasure. This keeps him confident and motivated all the time.

Due to his exceptional contribution to the online community “CodeProject”, they have awarded him “CodeProject MVP” (first one from Odisha -> three times in a row 2014, 2015 and 2016).

He was awarded as “Mindfire Star” and “Mindfire Achiever” from his organization. Even for his technical idea, he was one of the winners of MT!C (Mindfire Technical Idea Contest).
